New Delhi/The Hague: The International Court of Justice (ICJ) will on Thursday articulate its decision on India's allure looking for suspension of capital punishment granted by a Pakistani military court to its national Kulbhushan Jadhav.
"An open sitting will happen at 12 twelve (3.30 pm IST) at the Peace Palace in The Hague, amid which Judge Ronny Abraham, President of the Court, will read the court's choice".
The ICJ managing likewise made it clear that "pending the meeting of the court, the President may call upon the gatherings to act in such a path as will empower any request the court may make on the demand for temporary measures to have its fitting impacts."
The choice comes after India on Monday looked for the court's intercession for a quick suspension of capital punishment of purportedly spy Jadhav, expecting that the Indian national might be executed even before the ICJ chose the case.
